Amy•Ryan {Engaged}

You might notice a few changes to the blog…we are in the middle of revamping it right now and although we aren’t completely finished, I didn’t want to wait any longer to post another awesome shoot. I am adding on to Joel’s sneak peak of Amy & Ryan’s engagement session. He shot around our stomping grounds in Downtown Fullerton by the studio.  Amy came well prepared, but Joel also grabbed some props from the studio to use on the railroad tracks. Style+Personality+Props=Incredible Shots!

Might I add that  Amy wins the award for best dressed at an engagement shoot…the outfits get better and better with each wardrobe change…way to rock it girl!!!

Seriously, these shoes are amazing.

Seriously! The shoes!!! Although I’m sure her dogs were barkin by the end of the shoot…way to take one for the team with the amazing choice of shoes!

Love the shadow of the tree in these next shots…

I am dying to see Amy’s dress (and of course her shoes) for the wedding! She just screams STYLE!!! I love all these on the tracks…

I love everything about this shoot (I know I say that a lot) I guess it’s just  that I feel I have gotten a glimpse into the personalities of each couple and since I rarely get to know all of the couples that Joel shoots, it is my way of getting to know them. SO…it has been nice to meet you Amy and Ryan…and thank you Joel for the sweet introduction:)

I love this shoot…it feels like it took place so long ago. It looks authentically vintage. Love it!

Jeni, thank you so much for the sweet blog! It’s so nice to meet you too! :) Ryan and I had so much fun shooting with Joel, but I have to admit I was SUPER nervous! Not because Joel did anything wrong, he was awesome, but because I have been an admirer of Joel’s work since he did my brother’s wedding in 2007 and it is so exciting that it’s FINALLY my turn!!! It’s like meeting your favorite movie star for the first time! :) I’ve always been in awe of his work and I always read your sweet blogs. Thank you both for doing such lovely work! Can’t wait for our wedding in October! You guys truly are AMAZING! Thank you again!!! And P.S. Yes, my dogs were definitely barking! LOL ;-)
