A few months ago I had the opportunity to meet and photograph an amazing man who invented a new tool for optometrists that photographs the back of one’s eyeball- amazing technology. The portrait was for a trade magazine out of Seattle.

These two are so dang cute and were a total gift to shoot!! We discussed locations and Shanley was really looking for something natural and rustic- a little country. I thought of this really cool area out by Cook’s Corner in Santiago Canyon. I have ridden my mountain bike through this area a number of...  I jump at any chance to shoot in downtown LA- especially cool, fashion-conscious folks like these two. Ashley and Anthony were up for anything- we hit many different spots until the sun was WAY below the horizon- sometimes I just can’t stop shooting! Many more super-cool shots to share later.
